Contra Vision® MicroPerforated Translucent is a perforated self-adhesive film for one-way daytime privacy. It is designed to obscure the view from the outside, preventing people from seeing into a building or a room while still allowing those inside to see out clearly.
Applied internally or externally, this micro-perforated film offers a translucent white (milky appearance) from both sides. If applied from inside a property, it allows the glass to pick up external colours and textures, with a subtle frosted appearance. If applied on the outside of the glass the translucent white colour is more pronounced with no visible reflections.
MicroPerforated Translucent is a 40% transparency perforated film with 1mm diameter holes. The tiny holes are nearly a third of the size of conventional perforated films used for window graphics, providing a vastly superior look and texture comparable with mirrored or frosted films. These small perforations allow light in and a semi-transparent view out 24/7.
MicroPerforated Translucent provides good daytime privacy and has a privacy level of 3/5.
